Low budget hotel with amicable staff and great views of downtown. Magnificent location near Eaton centre & Nostrom centre, in the downtown area. Besides, easy to get to a public square. Luxurious and huge room, comfy bed and pillows.

Nice welcome by a cute girl with blue eyes ;-). Staff was very nice and helpful. Love the lounge, very nice after a long day. The room was clean, nicely decorated and had everything needed for a long stay. Close to Dundas square and close enough to waterfront. I will go back to Toronto and will rent a room at this hotel.
Weird lighting in the elevator (greenish). Price of items in the room was prohibitive.

an amazing hotel. booked flowrers for my partner and they were there on arrival. staff couldn't have been more helpful. excellent facilities and wonderful setting. highly recommended. careful about spa. great massages but otherwise service was disappointing with cold showers, facilities out of order and excuses and explanations rather than solutuons. but don't let that detract from hotel experience. will definately go again.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the inner city, Dundas Square and not far from other Toronto sights. The room was really nice and spacious. The service at the front desk and in front of the hotel was friendly and helpful.
They could look at their iron board in the room otherwise I enjoyed that there was a mini bar in the room but I find it stupid that you have to get the key for the beers in the reception.

The kids loved the location, as it was just a short walk to the nearby subway and shopping centers. The large windows provided plenty of natural light, keeping our spirits high!
My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options in-house.

Location
Needs remodeling. TV recently upgraded but small and not advanced. Unable to use changer adequately. Bathroom shoddy considering the price.

Very friendly staff --- they were very accomodating and easy to talk to --- helpful and the hotel was very clean and our room was quite luxurious and special --- liked the idea of a mini-bar and mixers in the fridge --- we didnt use it this time but it was nice to know that it was available ---- there was a kitchen in the suite which we didnt use but its nice to know that they do have rooms like that --- hope to stay at the hotel again on a more extended visit --- would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends --- it is in the theatre district and just around the corner from the eatons centre which is great ----- everything is within walking distance ---- actually was very impressed with the desk staff --- very nice personalities .................
hard to believe but i have nothing negative to say about the Pantages ---- it is very well run

The hotel was in a fantastic location. My room was spacious and well-equipped with good facilities, giving me a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. I found the dining options to be overpriced for the quality offered. I enjoyed my visit and would return for the great amenities and location.

The only thing that sparked my whole experience was the look of the hotel.besides that I was not that pleased with how some of the staff particuly the front desk lady ,how she help with my situation was not how I expected.it was a terrible experience .
The front desk staff did not please me .because of them I will not be returning to the pantages .ever!
